Polyurethane plays a central role in our Functional Polymers and Construction Materials businesses. One of our primary products, PTG is an essential ingredient of spandex. Our urethane coating\u3000waterproof materials, developed ahead of competitors, are used widely to waterproof the roofs of office buildings, schools, and multi-story parking buildings for large-scale retail facilities.<br \/>\n    The third business, Specialty Chemicals, includes intermediates and additives making full use of our organic composite technology and unique phosgenation technology accumulated over many years.
